Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and management of multiple properties - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations - Develop and implement property management policies and procedures - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner - Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the properties - Prepare and manage budgets for each property - Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment of bills and expenses - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare financial reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookekeeper/ office assistant or similar role - Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices - Proficient in double entry bookkeeping and financial report writing - Excellent 10-key typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Experience with account reconciliation, debits, credits, tax, and financial concepts - Familiarity with journal entries and QuickBooks software ---Canidate must be proficiant in BUILDIUM property management software--- Job Types:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
