Summary:
Answers customer technical inquiries and assists in resolving quality complaintsProvides written/verbal communication and documentation in response to customer and account manager technical and regulatory information inquiries This role will support the preparation, review and submission of documents to the Regulatory and other global authorities leading up to marketing authorizationSpecialists collaborate with stakeholders from commercial, quality, product, and program teams to assure that our products are presented to regulatory authorities according to all applicable regulations in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the followingOther duties may be assignedResponds to customer inquiries and solicits information as needed Assists the sales and marketing with technical questions and requestsAssists in creation, dissemination and maintenance of TRI-K product technical documentsMaintains a product information database to facilitate inquiry responses Assists in various aspects of the quality complaint / resolution process including customer, departmental, supplier, and third-party Lab interactionProactively monitor and communicate to senior manager any new or changing regulations; assess previously approved assets to identify product documentation not meeting newest restrictions.
Evaluates documentation for competitive products, new and alternate vendors of existing TRI-K productsCompletes customer forms and questionnaires and coding packetsLogs and tracks progress of customer information requests Updates customer inquiries into SalesForce databaseAssists Marketing with information and trade show materials requests Performs other miscellaneous laboratory and clerical tasks to fulfill the responsibilities of the technical service function.
Partner with Product Innovation, Claims and marketing teams to provide education and guidance on product claims and to ensure clear understanding of global guidelines for all marketsThe role will also be responsible for ensuring customer inquiries are answered quickly and accurately, ensuring one common, consistent message globallyTravel to warehouse to sample product for evaluation Attend regulatory summits or meetings as required Other requirements:

Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in science; Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
