If you answered yes to these questions, then keep reading DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and service oriented manner Responding to patients questions both on the phone and in person Answering the phone to help patients with scheduling appointments Collecting and recording payments from patients Assisting new patients with intake paperwork and appropriately saving the documents on our EMR Working with office manager to keep open lines of communication between the therapists and front desk to ensure patients needs are being met Assisting the office manager in coordinating patients insurance authorizations Assisting physical therapists with providing them necessary clinical supplies upon request.
Maintaining a clean clinical environment for patients and therapists.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
