Our customer service representatives handle publisher and subscriber payment posting and proving, answering phone calls and emails as well as monthly closings for each publication.
Our call center representatives are liaisons between our clients and their customers.
This is achieved by answering customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely and courteous manner.
No sales or quotas involved! Both positions require heavy computer use; typing skills a must.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
