Responsibilities:
Conduct group therapy sessions for PC, IOP or OP level of care; Complete group notes that support clinical necessity and progress toward treatment plan goals; Collaborate with Clinical Director and Primary Therapist to help develop comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation, and treatment; Responsible to deliver appropriate topic on scheduled groups; Responsible to complete all group notes in a timely manner; Document all services provided in EMR on the day of service; Knowledge of company's policy and procedures; Adhere to all regulations and documentation requirements in regards to client care and compliance of all client care; Participates in staff meetings, providing training with regard to therapeutic services as needed; Other duties as assigned.
